ANTI-RAGGING COMMITTEE

Ragging is STRICTLY forbidden in India. Anyone found guilty of engaging in any type of ragging, as well as those who get involved or attempt to indulge in such behavior, may face penalties under the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and the Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999.

ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE PERSON FOUND GUILTY

Upon investigation and complete impartial scrutiny of the matter by the Anti-Ragging Cell, the students found guilty will be expelled or suspended or dismissed from the College and F.I.R. will be lodged with the Police against them under the respective laws.
