Dr. Disha Tiwari is an Academician and Internal Quality Assurance Cell Co-ordinator for NAAC. She is a Course Co- Coordinator for Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Information Technology. As an academician, she has taught subjects including Public International Law, Logic, Law of Crimes, and Law of Evidence. She began her teaching career with Sonopant Dandekar Shikshan Mandali’s Law College in 2017. She has presented and published research papers in national and international conferences, seminars and journals.
Utkarsha Junnarkar is an Assistant Professor with over seven years of exposure in teaching law subjects like Code of Civil Procedure, Company Law, Labour Law, Land Laws, and Environment Law. She has completed BLS.LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai University and Masters in Business Law from Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She has twenty years experience in litigation practice. She has published research papers and participated in various National and International Conferences. She has been awarded by “Savitri chy leki” for notable work in socio-legal field; she is also President of Human Rights Sang women cell Palghar District. She is Coordinator for Diploma in Labour Law and Industrial Relation and Head of Attendance Committee.
Milka Tuscano is an Assistant Professor, teaching subjects of Political science, Civil Procedure Code, Banking Law. Additionally, she is a Course Co-Ordinator for Post Graduate Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution. She has completed her LLB from G. J. Advani Law College and Masters in Law from S.N.D.T. University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Political science. She has a notable 4 years of expertise in the field of litigation. She has been a visiting Lecturer at St. Gonsalo Garcia College. She began her teaching career with SDSM Law College in 2021. She has presented and published research papers in national and international conferences, seminars and journals.
Prasanna Barure is an Assistant Professor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Administration. She has qualified SET NET JRF Examination in Law. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. She began her teaching career in 2021 and taught a range of subjects such as Judicial Process, Penology, and Indian Constitutional Law: new Challenges. She enjoys research work and has published her research papers and participated in webinars, seminars and conferences.
Prerana Sharma is an Assistant Professor, who is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Law. She is driven to inspire students to pursue academic and personal excellence both with 5 years of exposure in teaching and a notable experience about 09 years of practice in the field of Litigation and Non-litigation. Her teaching repertoire includes, Legal Language, General English, and Jurisprudence. She is associated with SDSM Law College, Palghar since 2022 & prior to that she has been a visiting faculty at a Law College in Mumbai for 2 years. She has also participated in international conferences and has published papers as well as participated in various Webinars & Seminars.
Rupal Bhandari is an Assistant Professor. She completed her BLS. LLB in the year 2018 from (University of Mumbai) and Master’s Degree in Criminal and Security laws from Parul University, Vadodara. She began her teaching career in 2023 and taught a range of subjects such as Labour Laws, Family Law, Economics, Sociology, Law and Medicine. She has imparted her extensive knowledge to students in various legal subjects. She has also published research papers and participated in various conferences.
Minnelli Almeida is an Assistant Professor. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University of Mumbai and Master’s Degree in Corporate & Financial Laws from O.P Jindal Global Law School. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. (Law). She has a noteworthy experience of 3 years in the field of Litigation and Non-Litigation. She began her teaching career with SDSM Law College since 2024. As a faculty, she teaches a wide spectrum of subjects such as Law of Contract, Legal Language & Legal Writing, History of Courts and Logic. She has also published Research paper in an International Journal.
Joyce Noronha is an Assistant Professor. She holds membership of professional associations namely, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, UK (CISI), Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Anti Money Laundering Membership and General Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. She became a faculty member of SDSM Law College in August 2024. She is currently teaching Company Law, Law of Torts, Motor Accident Claims and Consumer Protection.
Asawari brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our institution, combining advanced degrees in both marketing and business law. With an MMS in Marketing and more than 5 year experience in Media Industry she has a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior. In addition, her LLM in Business Law backed by more than two years of experience of working as a junior advocate provides a solid foundation in the legal frameworks that govern commercial activities.
Samata Kalpesh Patil is a Librarian. She specializes in Library and Information Science. She has an experience of 13 years. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Library and Information Science. She is well-versed in library regulations, procedures, and practices, as well as experienced with online databases and virtual reference services. She incorporates her technical expertise to assist students who approach her for research and moot court preparations. She has presented papers at national and international seminars and has published a 1st book chapter.
