BA.LL.B. (5 Years Course)

The degree is awarded to the students by the University of Mumbai after successful completion of 5-years integrated B.A.LL.B Degree Course respectively. An applicant who has cleared higher secondary examination (For 5-years integrated B.A.LL.B Degree Course) in any discipline from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State Legislature or an equivalent National Institution recognized as a Deemed to University or Foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence, are eligible for B.A.LL.B. (5 years Course).

Eligibility for Admission to the First Year:

Intake Capacity- 60 Seats

Fees- As per Fees Regulatory Authority

Admission Criteria- Merit Basis through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) As Per MH-CET (Maharashtra State Common Entrance Merit)

Eligibility- Non-Zero MH-CET Score & Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream, With Minimum 45% of Marks in aggregate (That is 45 % marks for all the parts of the Degree Examination taken together), (candidate belonging to SC and ST Category need only 40% marks and VJNT, SBC and OBC Category with minimum 42% marks in the qualifying examination.)
